Cancellation Policy

At Cindy Choe Studio & Academy, we strive to provide a high-quality and personalized experience for every client. In order to honor each appointment and respect the time of our team and clients, we have established the following cancellation policy.

Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask that all clients provide at least 48 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows us to accommodate clients on our waitlist and maintain smooth operations.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit and may require a new deposit to rebook.

No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without any notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows result in a forfeited deposit and may be subject to full service charges before future bookings are accepted.

Deposits

All appointment deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a new date if proper notice is given. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the deposit is automatically forfeited.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and will be considered a late cancellation.

Emergencies & Exceptions

We understand that life happens. In cases of medical emergencies or personal hardship, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.
