With over 28 years of dedicated experience perfecting her art, Cindy has achieved a master skill level in all areas of permanent makeup application. She and her team are always learning and evaluating the newest application methods and techniques. Cindy and her team have helped thousands of people gain newfound confidence, literally changing their lives.
The Cindy Choe Academy trains and certifies permanent makeup artists in the latest skills and techniques using Cindy’s unique method of artistic application. Cindy Choe technicians are world class permanent makeup artists.
